Very professional, friendly office.from Dr. Lagos to gifted hygienist, Sherry, I feel very cared for.

I had a tooth which broke below the gum line and was unsavable - I asked multiple dentists - so the only option was to have it removed. This prospect terrified me, as I have had problems with getting numb and staying numb in the past. My situation was compounded by the fact that the first oral surgeon I went tried to intimidate me into getting the procedure done his way in his time, by saying that I would likely see him later "in the emergency room." (Wut??) I left and did not seek treatment for again for a year, and by then it was worse. Long story short, by divine providence I finally found my way to Dr. Driver. He is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. He is calm and he explains everything fully. My mouth was fully numb and the tooth was gone very quickly. The office staff is wonderful, too. In particular, I appreciate Lorie's help interfacing with my insurance company. Everything about the experience was top notch. Thank you very much, Dr. Driver, and everyone at Lagos! Truly. I am so grateful!

The fact that Dr Lagos Did Not do the procedure , Made it really good . When I had my very first procedure with Dr Lagos he spent the whole procedure scolding me . I will never use him again. Thank goodness for Dr Driver otherwise I would never go back.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Logos and the entire care team - would highly recommend Dr. Lagos. I was in Palm Desert for an extended vacation when I broke a wisdom tooth. Dr. Lagos’ office was able to see me right away. You can tell by the way the way Dr. Lagos treats his coworkers, and the way the health care professionals and administrators treat the patients, that this is a first rate operation and people enjoy working there. Dr. Lagos explain my options in understandable language and did an excellent job of keeping my informed about what was happening during my procedure (extraction). The post-on instructions were clear. Dr. Lagos and his team made what could have been an unpleasant experience anxiety-free, smooth and with a minimal level of discomfort.

I love Dr Logo's and his staff..they are all so friendly and cheerful. I have had two teeth pulled and he did such an excellent job of prepping me beforehand that I felt nothing during the entire procedure. Absolutely pain free. And then I went back to get a deep cleaning of my teeth and gums. I know I'm a difficult patient because my mouth is so sensitive yet Shelley did a great job of numbing my mouth beforehand and she did an excellent job. And there was no pain after the novocaine wore off. My hats off to a great team.

Visiting Dr. Lagos' office is always a good experience. Because of Covid-19, I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year. I had x-rays and a check-up by the doctor. I will be coming back more often, because I need my teeth cleaned and work done on my teeth, due to my age and lack of attention.

Went in for tooth extraction pre-visit for getting an implant. A bit nervous. But all went excellent, never felt a thing and was briefed very thoroughly on Post Op care. Come to find that within 24 hrs I really could not tell or feel I even had a tooth pulled. Dr. Lagos' team and staff are cordial, very professional and all of them will spend time with you if you have concerns or questions. Even with a bustling and full office Dr. Lagos does not exude hurriedness or impatience and spends the time with you you may require and deserve.

Dr. Lagos makes the best out of what is inherently a generally unpleasant experience. Going to a periodontist is not something I do for fun; when I go, it's a necessity. I take comfort in the fact that he is most professional, i.e. I know he will fix my problem to the highest standards of care. Besides, his office is well-appointed and clean, his staff is pleasant and knowledgable, and we have some great conversations (albeit somewhat one-sided at times). I've been going to periodontists for years, and he's the best one I've found to date. I recommend him, and his practice, unreservedly: you get what you pay for.

The second I sat down in the dentist's chair of Dr. Lagos' office, I knew I'd found my periodontist! Though I didn't have anything major going on, he was reassuring that my teeth are in good shape. He is knowledgeable, highly intelligent and kind. And his staff and facility are top notch. Highly recommended!

This office is very well organized. ALL of the employees are knowledgeable and helpful which makes each visit pleasant, informative, and efficient from start to finish. I especially appreciate that Dr. Lagos checks in with me at each visit. I had my first session with the Dental Hygienist today and came away with helpful information, recommendations, and goodies. Last year I had some major implant work done and was educated and guided through the process at every step. Dr. Lagos always takes the time to explain the issue, available options, recommended treatment, and what to expect during and after. This office is top notch!

Everyone who works there is cordial, accommodating and professional. Dr. Lagos is a very deeply trained specialist. He is even asked to speak on his knowledge occasionally. He has a great “bedside manner.” I always feel like my comfort is important to him. It was necessary to have all my teeth replaced. Since I could not afford to do this all at once, Dr. Lagos and his team worked with me to place eleven implants in my mouth over the next three years. I now have a wonderful smile again. Plus, I can eat like I used to, even apples and corn on the cob.

Today, I had my semi-annual dental cleaning at Lagos Periodontics. The service was performed by Selena, who has been caring for my teeth for several years now. Selena, as usual, did an excellent job. I can say without any doubt that Selena is the best oral hygienist I have ever had.

Dr. Lagos and his team demonstrate a very high level of excellent service and care. Dr. Lagos performed my tooth extraction and implant placement. In the beginning I was scared and unsure of the process but Dr. Lagos clearly explained the procedure, educated me on options and made the whole process seamless and helped me obtain my dental goals. His team does a great job at communicating next steps, procedures and the process along the way. I work full time and I'm also a student, Mari at the front desk was amazing at working with me to always find an appointment time that fit with my busy schedule. I was referred to Dr. Lagos by my dentist because I had developed a funny growth on my gums. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door of the office. The staff were very professional, clearly very caring individuals, and willing to work with my schedule. When I met "Rodrigo" as he prefers to be called, Dr. Lagos exhibited a breadth of knowledge I do not regularly encounter here in the Coachella Valley. I went to see Dr Lagos when I had a painful tooth and gum. He pulled a tooth and did a bone transplant. To do this, he had to cut an existing bridge and trim the remaining tooth that had been anchoring that bridge. My regular dentist had previosly told me the outlook for the tooth was "hopeless," and Dr Lagos concurred. Dr Lagos was responsive, pleasant, and direct. He made it clear what he planned to do, why it was necessary, what the alternatives were, and what it would cost. It was easy to make an appointment, and the office seems to run on time. It is kept very neat. The work was done quickly, and with no pain. Dr Lagos gave me his personal cell phone . number in case I had any problems.The doctor suggested I wait several months for blood flow to develop in the implanted bone before considering alternative plans. He said most of his patients elected not to have an implant or bridge when they lost a back tooth. Dr. Lagos' services are not inexpensive, but his prices seem competitive. He is much more expensive than the people who advertise one day service for implants, but those people are jokes. I have consulted two other periodontists in the desert in the past four years, but I decided to use Dr. Lagos.

If you want to have a good time while you get your teeth pulled this is the place. Dr. Lagos is the painless Peter Potter of the Desert. Wonderful people.
